Dual extruder configuration

  • The unique design of the nozzle structure significantly reduces the risk of jams or leaks.

Ring-shaped design of the heater

  • Ring-shaped hot end with 360- rotating heating wire that can heat up to 410-c quickly and evenly.
  • The hot end is equipped with a high temperature protection for heat conservation and scald protection.

Dual liftable nozzles

  • The unique design of the print head allows the nozzles to move up and down (repeatability <0.004 mm}, this stable and reusable mechanism effectively prevents scratches and damage between print object and idle nozzle.
  • The nozzles can be raised to Smm within 1/6 second (150000 times reliability test).

Easy Swap Nozzle Set

The iBridger 3D printer has a double extruder that can be lifted, it is set up to an idle distance of 5 mm to avoid scratches or damage between prints and dies. It also allows two colours to be printed with the same print and two different materials. Or to print complex models with dissolvable supports.

A closed, heated pressure chamber maintains a constant temperature of 90°C, which is optimal for shrink sensitive filaments and leads to a more stable pressure process and better end products.

Automatic nozzle cleaning design

One of the challenges we often hear about is that the double extruder impregnates and vents material from 3D printers during double extrusion printing. iBridger is different, with its special die cleaning function the printer can clean the extruder and pre-extrude film residues in the dies, which maintains the print quality of the double extruder as good as with single extruder printing and improves the print success rate.

Some filaments are very sensitive to moisture, the concentration of excessive moisture causes problems with print quality and even nozzle jams. With an advanced humidity controller, the iBridger 3D printer keeps the filament container at the optimum humidity – 20%RH – for the best possible printing environment.

Auto-Leveling

The automatic levelling system makes print preparation easy. Made of 12 mm thick aluminium alloy and with a two-layer structure, the printing bed achieves best toughness and stability. In addition, it can detect and analyse the platform flatness via the probe on the print head, all printers are preset at the factory. You no longer have to worry about leveling the machine like other 3D printers.

THE SPECIAL FEATURE OF IBRIDGER EXTRUDERS

Automatic switch-off of the idle extruder. You can set the idle time to automatically turn off the die heater to prevent overheating of the substrate.

The supporting extruder automatically slows down the printing speed in the first layers: you can set the speed of the first layers for the supporting print to achieve better adhesion. This will significantly improve the success rate of the print.

Support extruders automatically increase the extrusion rate (flow) during the first layers: You can adjust the first few layers of supporting pressure flow to achieve better adhesion. This will also improve the success rate of the print.

Left support layers: You can adjust the first layers of the pressure utility model supporting extruder to ensure that the separation distance of the raft does not cause support problems.

Configuration of four filament containers

The iBridger i340 is equipped with four filament containers (two main containers and two backup containers) and a filament leakage sensor that automatically switches the containers when the filament is consumed to ensure uninterrupted non-stop printing. It is particularly suitable for larger prints.
